We Do Not Ship To PO BOX or Parcel Lockers Addresses

Standard Delivery

  • 3-5 business days for Sydney Metro Deliveries

  • 5-7 Business Days for other metro cities and regional area

Costs
Free delivery on purchases over $299. If your order is under $299 it does not qualify for free shipping and will incur a $14.95 shipping fee.

Any shipping fees paid to Loventhread are non-refundable.

 

Same-Day Dispatch
All in-stock orders (not custom orders) placed before 3pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day

 

Delivery Times
As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 3-5 business days, whilst it could take up to 7 business days for more remote areas.

All delivery timeframes provided at Loventhread are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.

Notes

  • Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $14.95 redelivery fee.

  • If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

  • We deliver within Australia only.
